Sorbet rosé cocktail is a refreshing summer cocktail made with your choice of flavored sorbet, elderflower liquor and, of course, rosé. There are two things we really love about this drink. One, you can enjoy the cocktail with a spoon and savor alcoholic-infused sorbet. Or two, you sip on the rosé and allow the sorbet to melt into the cocktail.
1 (750 ml.) bottle of dry rosé
1/3 cup elderflower liquor
1 pint fruit sorbet
Divide rosé into 6 wine glasses. Add elderflower liquor to each glass (about a tablespoon each). Gently stir. Add a scoop of sorbet to each glass. Garnish with a fruit slice. Serve and start sipping immediately!
